The RayAl Ltd training program is designed to provide front end users with the practical skills required to run the day-to-day procedures they encounter whilst interacting with the RayAl Ltd products.

The level of training will be dependent on the individual’s role within the laboratory and will be part of a progressive program as discussed with each laboratory manager.

The training is constructed in three levels as described in section number two “course details” and leads a candidate from a basic skill level through to an advanced skill level.

RayAl Ltd feel that this training program is a must for all users of our systems and recommend all staff who are likely to use our systems embark on this program as soon as possible.

This folder also contains reference material that covers the use of both instrument and reagents and can be used in whatever way necessary by laboratory management to keep the skill level at the appropriate level at all times.
