
We are very pleased to announce our ISO9001 : 2000 registration for the supply of laboratory test kits and associated automation together with repair and maintenance service.
One of the priorities when we started the company was to understand our customers’ needs in order to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level possible.
To achieve this we implemented a quality management system and ISO9001 : 2000 was the focus for this. Our quality manual and procedures were designed to cover all of the processes within the company. All RayAl employees are fully trained on the quality system and the procedures that have to be followed in order to continually improve the quality service provided to our customers.
For us to achieve ISO registration we had to provide evidence that we had been using and following our quality management system and that it complied with the ISO 9001 : 2000 standard. Our internal audits and management review meetings gave clear evidence of this.
Our aim for the future is to continually look at ways to improve the service supplied to our customers. ISO registration helps to ensure this and we will continue to follow the standard in order to achieve our objectives.
