Steve joined RayAl as instrument specialist in May 2004. This enabled RayAl to provide a high quality and prompt service to customers who have our automated systems in place. The service department has proved to be a great success and means that we now provide industry leading customer support that our competitors only dream about. Prior to joining RayAl, Steve served a five year apprenticeship as a motor vehicle technician and later moved on to manufacturing cars for Toyota.
